You can choose between a Classic coin subscription and a Series subscription:
With a Classic coin subscription, you order coins based on the type of metal or face value. This type of subscription continues until you cancel it.
With a Series subscription, you order all the coins in a specific series. This type of subscription ends automatically with the last coin in the series.

Once registration is completed, the first step is to decide which coins you would like to receive as a subscription.
With a Classic coin subscription, you choose coins based on the type of metal or face value.
With a Series subscription, you choose all the coins in a specific series.
The next step is to specify the details of your coin subscription. Here you specify the shipping options and the payment method.
The start date and duration of your subscription are also set.
You can also conveniently change the length of your subscription at any time in your online customer account.
Once your coin subscription has been set up, we'll take care of the rest. You will receive your invoice in good time before a coin is issued. As soon as payment has been received, your product will be delivered. You can conveniently manage your coin subscriptions in your online customer account.
Once a subscription has been paid, you will find the invoice in your online order overview.
A coin subscription always begins with the next issue of the type of coin for which you have subscribed. When paying by credit card, the card will be charged approximately two weeks before the date of issue. You will not receive any separate information about this transaction.
Half-yearly deliveries are only possible if the subscription is paid by credit card. All coin issues corresponding to the first half of the year are sent out in June. All coin issues corresponding to the second half of the year are sent from the date of the last issue in December. You will be charged roughly three weeks before the last issue in each six-month period.
