Gerhard Starsich has been Director General of the Austrian Mint since July 2011 and a member of the board since 2008. He is mainly responsible for developing group, brand and communication strategies for finance and treasury as well as for IT and personnel management.

Manfred Matzinger-Leopold joined the Executive Board of the Austrian Mint in September 2012. Alongside Gerhard Starsich he is responsible for the continuing successful development of the company. His remit includes all technical departments, research and development, engraving/design and quality management, B2B sales, material management, laboratories and security.
