Country List for Parcel shipments

Deliveries to the following countries – in addition to Austria – are possible as insured parcel shipments:

Some countries within Europe, but outside the EU, cannot be delivered by our logistics partner UPS (for example Serbia). Countries not included in this list cannot currently be delivered to. If your country does not appear in the list, at present we are only able to supply you in person at the Münze Österreich shop at Am Heumarkt, 1030 Vienna. When placing your order online, please select “self-collection in shop, Am Heumarkt 1, 1030 Vienna” as the shipping method.

Another option is to purchase our products from local dealers.

Logistics/customs information for all Non-EU countries and worldwide): 

All costs associated with product customs clearance shall be borne entirely by the customer. Münze Österreich provides all necessary customs documents and information for the customs clearance process, but has no influence on the amount of the customs clearance fees or the duration of the customs clearance process. Delivery or handover of the ordered goods is only possible once the customs duties have been paid in full.

In addition, the customer is obliged to check whether the selected product may be imported into the respective destination country before completing the order. Münze Österreich AG does not check whether the import of foreign means of payment or precious metals has been approved. This is the sole responsibility of the customer.
